A $120 million mixed-use project is coming to McKinney Corporate Center Craig Ranch, another major announcement for Craig Ranch.
Bob’s Steak & Chop House has taken 7,600 square feet in a stand-alone building, which will also include a cigar bar. MCrowds’ Mi Cocina concept will occupy 6,600 square feet.
As one of the fastest-growing counties in the nation, Collin County is often viewed by developers as a gold mine of opportunity.
